Welcome back two people who have both been involved at Dromana previously and are returning to take up important roles for 2025 season.
SEAN CLEARIHAN – Previously at Dromana
2011-13 as assistant/fitness coach with 2013 Premiership coach Gavin Artico. Sean then coached Womens Football before taking over at Emerald as Senior coach for three seasons resulting in them winning the 2023 Outer East Div 1 Premiership and been promoted to Premier Division.
Sean returns as an assistant Senior coach to Head coach Ben Holmes.
JAE WILLIAMS – Jae has a great football resume, playing around 120 games for at Dromana FNC across 10 years, which included a Reserves Premiership. He also played in the Wimmera league for Warrack Eagles, whilst also making the interleague for Wimmera and North Central.
Across his senior football career, Jae has been coached by some well known identities around the MPFNL which included the likes of Steven Hamill, Gavin Artico and Rikki Johnson .
Jae’s family have a long history at Dromana with his late grandfather playing in the 1971 Premiership and been a club Life Member, his father played Senior football here in the 1980’s as well as his three brothers also playing for the club and his mother and sister been coach and player respectively in our inaugural Netball Teams.
In 2022 Jae was Senior coach at Lyndhurst winning a Premiership in his first season.
2025 sees Jae take up the reins as our Development squad coach
